I have been growing for my family for 30+ years and am now retired. I would like to sell some of my produce as an adjunct to growing it for myself. We recently added a large hoophouse (unheated) for growing year round.
I should have lettuce, kale and spinach within the next month. Varieties include Red leaf, green oak leaf,and romaine in the lettuces. As well as red stem spinach, lacinto (aka dinosaur) kale and oriental peas.
My growing methods are organic but I haven’t started the certification process. Best advice is to ask questions of growers to satisfy your desire to get the best food possible.
