We utilize organic farm practices and Integrated Pest Management for our Jersey Knight asparagus, heirloom muskmelon, old time favorite watermelon varieties, blueberries, Anaheim chili, and Jalapeno peppers. Jalapenos are also slow smoked to make authentic chipotle like you won’t find many places in the U.S.
